One thing we didn’t expect from our CNE visit? There are SO many live shows happening throughout the grounds — and many of them are already included with your admission! 👀🎪

We paid the $25 admission and managed to catch THREE completely different shows during our visit, and each one had a totally different vibe.

🐶 Storytime by SuperDogs
We started with the SuperDogs, and this was definitely one of those shows that makes you stop and watch. These talented pups were jumping, running, performing tricks and entertaining the crowd — and honestly, they were adorable. 🥹🐾 It’s a fun one for families, but you definitely don’t have to be a kid to enjoy watching dogs do impressive things!

⛸️ Urban Edge — Ice Skating & Acrobatics
Next came something completely different — an energetic performance combining ice skating and acrobatics! 🤯 Watching the performers fly around the ice, execute tricks and pull off impressive moves was incredible. There were definitely moments where we were just standing there thinking, “How did they even do that?!” 😂

💦 The Big Dip by Pizza Pizza
And then we watched people willingly jump from HIGH above into a pool of water. 😳💦 The Big Dip is a high-diving show featuring some seriously impressive dives. The higher they climbed, the more I questioned whether I would ever have the courage to do something like that. 😂 Watching from a safe distance? Absolutely. Jumping? I’ll pass!

And this was just THREE of the shows available at the CNE. 🎡

That’s something I really recommend keeping in mind when planning your CNE day. It’s easy to focus on the rides, food and games, but there’s so much entertainment happening around the grounds that you can add to your day without paying for a separate show ticket.

Our $25 admission got us into the CNE AND gave us access to these performances, plus everything else happening throughout the exhibition. So before you arrive, take a look at the show schedule and plan around the performances you want to catch!
