I was recently asked βWhat does the CWB Association mean to meβ.
To me, itβs a community that reminds me why I fell in love with welding in the first place.
Itβs a place where tradespeople, students, educators, and industry leaders all come together with a shared passion for building, creating, and improving the welding industry for the next generation.
Itβs where knowledge isnβt kept, itβs shared.
Itβs where opportunities grow, ideas circulate, and people genuinely want to see each other succeed.
Itβs where we fight for diversity, and ensure everyone is treated equally.
It represents connection, mentorship, and pride in our passions.
I get to work with some of the coolest welding professionals across the world, that dedicate their free time to give back to their communities through our 18 Chapters.
It means belonging to a 100 year old legacy of tradespeople who believed in hard work and leaving things stronger than when they found it.
Knowing that the work we do today will help shape the next hundred years, just as those before us shaped the last.
If your not a member of the CWB Association, itβs literally free, so sign up now! No excuses.
If you have never reached out or participated in your local Chapter events, what are you waiting for?
