One prompt. Fifty captions. The system that stops the nightly staring contest.

1. Feed it your voice. Paste ten of your old captions first. Your phrasing, your rhythm. Skip this and every caption sounds generic.
2. Feed it the facts. The listing's real details, the street, the light, what the client actually said. Specifics beat templates. It cannot invent your day.
3. Ask for volume. Fifty options, five styles. The first ten are obvious, the gold hides in the back forty. Cheap to generate, easy to cut.
4. Split hook from body. The first line is the whole game. Generate hooks and bodies as separate lists, then mix and match.
5. Do the human pass. Cut thirty without mercy, fix ten that are close, keep ten that sound like you. Read them out loud.
6. Bank the survivors. A caption bank beats a blank page. Sort by post type, refill monthly, grab and tweak in minutes.

Set the system up on a Sunday and coast the whole month. Save this.

Five reasons your listing photos are not getting clicks. The listing is fine. The presentation is losing.

1. Photo one is the whole ad. Buyers scroll a thumbnail grid and one glance decides. Twilight or golden hour wins. A bathroom lead kills clicks. Your best photo goes first, always.
2. Dark rooms do not get taps. Dark reads small and cold, blown windows read amateur. Bright, balanced rooms stop the scroll. Phones cannot fix it alone.
3. Forty photos dilute the house. Three angles of one hallway and the water-heater shot lower the average. Buyers remember the weakest. Cut to the strongest 25.
4. The gallery should walk the house. Exterior, entry, living, kitchen, then out back, then bedrooms. Random order loses the plan. Sequence it like a walk.
5. It looks like every other listing. Same wides as the comps, same beige edit. One photo nobody else has, a twilight or a detail, earns the click.

The listing is fine. DM us "clicks" and we will audit your live listing, no charge.

Posting every day is a full time job. It was never willpower.

You already know you should be posting. You start, you keep it up for two weeks, then a deal goes sideways and the feed goes quiet for a month. That is not a discipline problem. It is a capacity problem.

So we built the fix. A full year of content, made and posted for you.

What that means:

36+ pieces a month. Reels, carousels, posts.
A whole year mapped out in advance, so nothing waits on your mood.
Made and branded for you, built from your voice. Never a template.
Published to every platform that matters, up to 15 accounts, all from one upload.
You approve every batch before it goes out. A report every two weeks. Change anything, anytime.

You never touch a tool. You stay in control. We deliver.

Plans start at $600 a month, and you get 2 months free on yearly.

Your old listing photos aren't done working for you.

Every agent has a folder like this: photos from a shoot months or years ago, flat light, the wrong color temperature, quietly going stale. AI relighting breathes new life into them, room by room, no reshoot needed.

Same file. New light. Ready to post again.

Got a listing sitting on old photos? Send them over.

Buyers judge six rooms in about three seconds each. Here is what their eye checks first, and what your camera has to answer.

1. The entry sets price expectations. Ceiling height, storage, the sightline to the light. Shoot toward the longest view.
2. The kitchen gets priced like a renovation. Counters and cabinet faces first. Clutter reads as small, bright reads as big.
3. The bathroom is a maintenance proxy. Clean grout, cleared counters, folded white towels. A clean bath reads as a maintained house.
4. The living room answers one question: can their furniture live here? Pull it off the walls, size the rug, show the floor.
5. The backyard is the weekend test. One readable purpose, staged for a Saturday. Hoses and toys away.
6. Storage always gets opened. Half-empty reads as plenty. Matching hangers, light every corner.

Walk the house like a buyer before you walk it with a camera.

One blog post is ten posts in a coat.

You already wrote the hard part. The article exists. Stop letting it die on page two of Google. Mine it for a month of content.

The repurposing system:

1. Mine the claims. Every line is a post seed. A thousand-word article hides fifteen.
2. One idea per carousel. Don't cram. Each claim gets its own hook, its own CTA. Depth is what gets saved.
3. Slides hold points, captions hold prose. Five or six lines per slide, let the caption carry the paragraph.
4. Headers become hooks. Your blog's H2s are almost slide titles already. Specific beats clever.
5. Design once, refill forever. Lock the template, pour new content into the same frames. The template is the time machine.

Ten posts is five weeks of feed. One article, a month of content.

Save this and run it on the oldest post on your site this week.

The twilight exterior is the shot that sells the listing. And you've got about twenty minutes to get it.

Here's the whole play, start to finish:

1. Time it — shoot civil twilight, not sunset. The sky reads cobalt, not black. Ten to thirty minutes after sundown.
2. Light it — every light in the house, on. Every room, porch, landscape. The windows are the photo.
3. Lock it — tripod or don't bother. Exposures run long at dusk. Bracket three, low ISO.
4. Compose it — corner angle beats head-on. Keep verticals vertical. Let the walkway lead in.
5. Edit it — blend the brackets, windows warm, sky cool. One subtle pass. Over-edited reads fake.

Nail these five and the listing stops the scroll.

Save this for your next shoot. Want us to shoot it for you? DM "TWILIGHT."

Five photos. That's what decides whether someone stops on your listing or keeps scrolling.

Not twenty. Five. But they have to be the right five, and most listing content misses at least one.

Here's the shot list we run on every property:

1. The exterior — corner angle, golden hour, clean frame.
2. The kitchen — wide, chest height, three items per counter run.
3. The primary suite — sell the feeling, not the square footage.
4. One lifestyle detail — the coffee on the island, the fire pit lit, the moment that makes someone want in.
5. The twilight hero — 20 minutes after sunset, every interior light on. It doubles as your cover shot.

Miss one and people feel it, even if they can't say why.

Save this for your next shoot, and follow for the systems we use to make real-estate content that actually stops the scroll.

Nobody falls in love with a floor plan.

They fall for the brass that catches the morning. The light on the stair at 4pm. The vein in the stone no other kitchen shares. The glow a home saves for the last minute of the day.

Buyers buy details. We shoot the details.

Everything AI writes has a tell. I should know — I leave them in my own drafts all the time.

Here are 6 I try to catch, and the fix for each 👇

1. The throat-clear → "Let's dive in." Cut the first line. Start on the point.
2. The fake mic-drop → if the line's good, you don't announce it.
3. Thesaurus words → delve, elevate, seamless, tapestry. Use the words you'd say out loud.
4. The "not just X, it's Y" → name the specific thing instead.
5. The fake plot twist → "but here's the kicker." State the fact. Let it land.
6. The guru sign-off → "let's get to work." End with a real next step.

And yes — go ahead and count the em dashes in this caption. I see them. The em dash is my villain origin story 😅 Some tells you keep because, well, they're just you now.

The goal was never to stop using AI. It's to edit like a human — a flawed one, evidently.

Save this for your next draft 📌 Which tell do you catch yourself leaving in?
