It finally happened chat. I think i finally found someone who listens and loves me the way i need to be loved. This is the first Valentine's day where something has been done for me without me asking or begging and pleading. I don't agree with the commercialized version of the holiday and typically celebrate the pagan holiday Lupercalia, but I still want to be appreciated. I don't want the expensive gifts or fancy reservations, I just want a show of affection. A social media post, a small thoughtful gift or gesture, breakfast made, you know the little things. I prepared myself to be disappointed again this year but was pleasantly surprised. It might not look like much, but it's exactly what I wanted. Its nice to feel appreciate and seen. To be known is to be loved. Thank you baby
