What were your first food aversions?
Recently I have had no appetite but I’m always hungry! My body only wants to eat if it’s something incredibly specific that I feel like eating. Foods I used to like don’t taste the same or don’t sound appetizing at all.
I’m doing my best to get little snacks in throughout the day like apples and oranges and cookies for my blood sugar and I’m now working on not eating as much dairy as requested by my midwife due to some symptoms I’ve been having. I need to double my water intake and make sure I’m getting some protein into my body!
It’s definitely been hard to make sure I’m getting all the food I need with having no appetite. But I’m doing my best to help this little baby grow🤍
