Rest in Peace, FAUJA SINGH

World's oldest marathon runner, Fauja Singh passed away at a private hospital in Jalandhar on Monday evening after reportedly being hit by an unidentified vehicle in his village, Beas, in the afternoon.

Fondly known as "Turbaned Tornado", debuted as a marathon runner at the age of 89 years in 2000, and ran full nine marathons before he died.

Here are some lesser known facts about Singh and his legacy that the world will always cherish!
