Property tax notices are coming soon. But these values are often different from your current property market value. Property taxes use data from the last couple years and are based on your land, house footprint and permits you have applied for - the city doesn’t know if you have upgraded your kitchen counters or used high end finishes in your home.

So although this is a tool for you to understand your property better - getting my complimentary market analysis can help you better make plans for selling or not this year.
