NEVER TOO OLD TO HAVE FUN!

Well, that was a wonderful wave of love and appreciation!

Last week I turned 66 and I was blown away by the flood of birthday wishes. Thank you all!

Here's a fun fact: the same week I turned 66, Sofie and I also celebrated 8 years of marriage. We enjoyed a wonderful anniversary weekend of celebration, laughter, and home grown music with our closest friends.

Imagine, eight years of Sofie putting up with an old work horse like me! She deserves a medal, not just flowers and an anniversary card! (Oops, with all the fun with friends I forgot about the flowers and a card!)

So - happy birthday to me, happy anniversary to us, thanks to our friends for rising to the occasion, and a huge thank you to every one of you who took a moment to say something kind. I read every single message even if I couldn't reply to them all. You're the reason this old horseman still feels blessed to do what he loves.

Onward with Appreciation and Enthusiasm!
