I am in love with Switzerland 🇨🇭 This country is truly way too beautiful and I can really understand the hype about this place. The country itself feels like a warm hug from nature itself. I will never forget the golden glow over the Swiss alps. You don’t have to do much to soak in the beauty, you can just simply wander through these quaint villages or simply sit by a calm lake, there is a sense of timeless serenity that makes you slow down, breathe and appreciate the beauty of the world. Switzerland isn’t just a place for me but it’s a feeling that is going to with me long after I have left.

Here is how we roll with our toddler. We spent the whole day out in Vancouver as it was finally sunny. We left home at 10am.

First stop - 10.30am
Capital hill for a little stroll and soaking in the sunshine

Second stop - 12.30pm
We got hungry so we had a bite to eat at In & Out donair

Third stop - 1.45pm
Back home for prayers and Asma fell asleep for her nap time in the car so we sneaked out to pray at home and started driving again

Fourth stop
Crescent Beach, we did lots of walking, running and collecting seashells and rocks.

Came back home at 5pm.

Dinner, wind down and lots of story books before going to bed.
