In Southeast Asia, only Cambodia and Timor Leste are the member states of International Criminal Court (ICC) 🇰🇭🇹🇱

The ICC, established in 2002 to prosecute individuals for crimes against humanity, war crimes, genocide, and crimes of aggression, has a limited footprint across the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN).

Of the bloc’s 11 member states, only Cambodia and Timor-Leste retained full membership in the court when the Philippines withdrew in 2019.
