Gospel Commonwealth represents a diverse group of Christian musicians and worship leaders from local churches around the globe. Together we exist as a resource to provide Christ-exalting songs and liturgies for the church. Why We Sing

“Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly, teaching and admonishing one another in all wisdom, singing psalms and hymns and spiritual song, with thank

fulness in your hearts to God.” — Colossians 3:16

We want to help God’s people sing to one another because—as God’s redeemed people—we are to be a people who sing. We want to equip Jesus’ disciples to teach and admonish one another, and hear his people express thankfulness from their hearts to God. We want to give songs to the saints so that they can declare our King and his Kingdom to the world around us. Our Songs

“He put a new song in my mouth, a song of praise to our God. Many will see and fear, and put their trust in the Lord” — Psalm 40:3

There should be no shortage of songs that sing of the glory and grace of our God. The complete catalogue of songs, hymns, and spiritual songs written throughout church history doesn’t come close to expressing the greatness of our God and the wonders of the gospel we proclaim. We will always need new songs that show us more of the glory of Christ.

Would you also commit to praying for GC this week? We’re about host our Fall 2025 Worship Intensive (starting September 24th). Would you pray that the Lord would meet us and that it would be a rich time of growing and learning together?

Pat is just TWO weeks away from his trip to Southeast Asia. On this trip he will be hosting a worship conference and providing some music mentoring to local musicians.

In case you missed it- we’re keeping the details we post online pretty vague to protect everyone involved! But we would love to chat with you about the specifics. If you have any questions reach out to Pat: [email protected]

➡️The specific goals. We are hoping to raise a total of $6,000 for this trip.

✈️$3,500 will cover Pat’s accommodation & flights, visas, medical expenses etc.

🎁$1,500 is what we hope to gift the community of musicians with so that they can buy the supplies they need!

🎸We are also looking for someone to donate a guitar and guitar strings that Pat can take with him and leave with someone in the community. This has been specific need that has been expressed and we would LOVE to meet it!

So would you pray about how you can partner with us? Either giving financially, donating a guitar or guitar strings, praying for Pat and the team and praying for the community they are mentoring! We need you! Thank you for supporting the work of GC!
