How do you feel about Fresh Street Market opening in Richmond Centre? 🥦🥕🥩

The family-owned B.C. grocery chain's 10th location lands at Richmond Centre in 2027, with a carvery, hot bar, Peak Donuts, and fresh-baked cookies.

Is this place always busy or just on the weekends?

When we put ourselves on the waitlist (at ~12:15pm), the screen said 45 mins to 1hr wait. Thankfully the actual wait was shorter, more like 35 mins since it was just the 2 of us.

Cold noodles - good amount of chew and broth tastes refreshing
Tonkatsu (add on) - light crispy batter on the outside, juicy pork on the inside. Not greasy at all.

Chicken katsu set came with a soup, rice, cabbage salad, pickles and sauces. My son was very happy with it.

Cravings satisfied ✅

🚨 [BREAKING] Oakridge Park & Time Out Market full food lineup revealed!

Oakridge Park's interactive directory has now populated with what appears to be the full Time Out Market Vancouver vendor lineup, well before any official press release.

We went looking for grand opening details and ended up with the full floor map of the mall.

The directory currently lists 18 named vendors with two units still unnamed.

New names appearing on the listing include Beaucoup Bakery (taking two stalls including a new dessert concept called The Creamery), Blind Tiger from the Laowai team, España from the West End, Ask for Luigi's new sister concept Pasta e Basta, and Gastown's Michelin-recognized PiDGiN.

That stacks on top of an already heavy roster: Feenie's, Mee Bar by Chanthy Yen, Lunch Lady, MaKaam, DownLow Chicken, Barnacle, Vikram Vij's Peacock, SANTO TACO, Heritage Asian Eatery, Mello, Boba Run, Chef Akira Kishimoto's Japanese concept, and Via Tevere.

Five more spots also appear on Oakridge Park's F&B page without being placed on the directory map: % Arabica, Steve's Poke Bar, Hello Nori, Cha House, and A&W. Whether they sit inside Time Out Market or elsewhere in the mall is not yet clear.

All of this is sourced from the public directory and could shift before the end of May 2026 grand opening.
