Is this "Pho-ro-zen" Spicy Beef Pho worth 16$?
I picked this up at a local restaurant in Cowichan Valley
It's a small little diner called Saigon Subs
They called these frozen kits "pho-ro-zen"
It's topped with beef brisket, Bean Sprouts, Onions, Lemongrass
on a spicy Chicken Broth
Just add a bit of water before cooking
I feel the taste was amazing
It had a really nice spicy kick with strong lemongrass flavor
Tons of ingredients and it all worked really well
The noodles maintained it's texture
Price is a bit steep
But flavor was 9 out of 10
