Honestly feeling a bit sheepish getting this one online so late. Apologies for that as I've been battling illness, moving house and other caper all week.

Unfortunately our assigned photographer wasn't able to make this one but in both cases - fear not! I put a lot of time and work into this one, as it was an incredible experience. Plus I wanted to give proper dues for their first Australian tour as those guys absolutely decimated!

and were equally brilliant and crushing. Hugely stoked to have gone to this one as I was feeling fatigued on entry, and spat out fresh as a primitive-caveman's daisy!

It's been a chaotic week for us with shows nearly every night! This one was seventeen years (!) in the wait since my last experience.

That was Soundwave - to see them pull off an incredible headliner-set chock full of and other classic cuts was a dream. Huge performance!

New fan of Haywire here too now - BIG fan! Iron Mind and Ends In Tragedy were fantastic hardcore supports as well.

Far out! First of at *least* 5-6+ gig reviews coming out on the blog today/tomorrow, here's a slightly belated review of the absolutely monstrous death-grind mayhem unleashed upon in Brunswick a wee minute back, care of our modern death/grindcore overlords !

Joined by their Aussie compatriots and , this was yet another unforgettable night of sheer violence, mayhem and proverbial-eating grins.
