About the film:
After the popular success of a video game, the lives of a news reporter, a video game developer, and the son of an assassinated undercover journalist become intertwined.

13-year-old Tom’s world shatters when he witnesses his father’s ex*****on in broad daylight. His father had been uncovering a dangerous conspiracy linked to secret tech in a video game—but before he could expose the truth, he was silenced.

Desperate for escape, Tom dives into the AI-driven VR game CC2, the same game he and his father used to play together. There, he meets Nova, a fearless player who shares his hunger for the game’s godlike power. But the CC2 VR wristbands begin to glitch, and what was once a thrilling escape becomes a deadly trap.
