She’s a mother of two teens (read: CEO of Teen Diplomacy), a corporate manager by day, and a digital business owner by night — basically, the human version of a triple threat with a LinkedIn profile a

nd a passport full of stamps. Before she started conquering the corporate world, she spent 10 years in education shaping young minds — and let’s be real, that kind of patience deserves a medal *and* a vacation. She pressed pause to be a full-time mom for 7 years (mic drop!), then re-entered the workforce in 2014 like she never left. She’s warm, world-savvy, and walks into a room (or a chat) with the kind of energy that makes you want to say, “I’ll have what she’s having.” Whether it’s traveling the globe, managing a store, or hosting a family gatherings with diplomacy, flair and finesse, Dahls is all about connection, growth, and probably just a little bit of coffee (or wine — no judgment here).

Still soaking in this moment. Standing on stage with our founders wasn’t just a photo op—it was a full-circle, heart-full kind of experience.

Behind the smiles were late nights, brave decisions, moments of doubt, and a whole lot of faith. To be up there with the visionaries who started it all—people who dreamed big and dared bigger—was incredibly humbling and empowering all at once.

I felt proud.
I felt grateful.
And yes… I felt like, “Wow, we’re really doing this.”

Our founders didn’t just build a business—they built a movement, a community, and a space where ordinary people are given the chance to do extraordinary things. And being on that stage reminded me why I started and why I keep going.

Also—can we talk about how surreal it is to clap for your mentors one minute and stand beside them the next? Life really said, “Plot twist!” 😌👏

This moment will forever be a reminder:
✨ dreams are valid
✨ hard work compounds
✨ and sometimes, you end up on stages you once only watched from the audience

So proud to be part of this journey. So grateful for the leadership. And so excited for what’s still ahead.

This 🎄season🎄 reminds me of the time I was voluntering at a crisis line, Children's Hospital and Red Cross...though most of the people around us looks merry and bright, surrounded by their families and loved ones. Let us be aware that there are people out there who felt in despair, mourning grieving and just simply engulfed in loneliness.

I am encouraging each one of you to reach out to at least 1-5 people in your contact lists that your haven't communicated with in the last year or so. Greet the. Check on them. Say hi to them....

May your gesture be a REASON for SOMEONE to 😅smile😊 this season.❄️☃️🎄❣️
