They say Ai is gonna take over the world but right now it’s not so let’s just kind of focus on that and learn it 🤖

I think it’s crazy enough that you don’t really need a photo shoot anymore, maybe a simple picture of you posing and then you can completely just change the background into whatever you want

We are in that lifetime where learning AI is such a huge asset, it’s like the generation before us. They had to learn how to type on a keyboard, and you can see such a huge difference from the people who can, and the people who can’t

So take this time and opportunity to just adapt slightly. Dont fall behind

It’s Halloween month and of course I had to do this trend and it’s so funny because I’ve asked ChatGPT multiple times because they kept altering my face and because I only had the free version, I said please one more time and it totally worked because I’m so nice 🤭

Coming down from Summer fun can be messy & I know for the next couple months I’m ready to stop drinking so much and work on my health If you’re in the same boat & need some inspo here’s some tips for you too  ✅ Drink plenty of water Easiest way is to keep hydrated & letting all those toxic substances out of your body. Keeping yourself hydrated helps your body’s pH levels neutral. I know I don’t drink enough water but set a goal to drink a litre a day
 ✅ Plan out your meals Make a list of meals you’re looking forward to make from morning until dinner time. Pick a few for the week & start prepping for the next couple weeks. It doesn’t have to be strict but mindful and in moderation keeps you from over eating & choosing meals that make you excited to eat
 ✅ Get physical  Working out is my way of staying active & choosing another physical activity can help you motivate yourself from not doing anything at all. Vancouver has a fun way of getting physical such as pilates, spin, hit, pole, etc!

I can’t believe it, it’s coming to an end 🙈

I think this is what I’ve been seeking this whole time. It’s surrounding myself with people and just getting to know them.

But with all the fun, I need to do a detox 🍵

I never really explored Kelowna & this time I went for a week, I wish I went to more places but of course we had to do the wineries 🙈

This was my favourite one to go to actually & we bought more than a few bottles here —> closer to Vernon but you definitely have to go check it out when you can ✨

My eyes needed to take a break from the online world once in a while! 🫣

I’ve been working on projects, working downtown, or simply being with family and friends. I need to close my eyes every so often from social media. —> Mainly Instagram. I don’t want to burn out because I don’t want being a creator or marketing to be a chore. It’s been pretty exciting, and I think I’ll keep it that way. ✨
