Eduardo Briseno, also known as Byegas, is a young creative based in Vancouver, Canada with a real love for the classic and traditional deep house music aesthetic. Having DJed several shows now alongside RF boss Rennie Foster, he understands well the style over genre concept of the label and his debut artist release is another gem for the brand. A trio of subtle and textural works starts with Out Of This World, an organic piece of house music with rich pads and soaring atmosphere throughout. Understated but sharp percussion and hypnotic layers of vocals and effects over a huge sub bass pulse. The title track Everything Takes Time is a stylish and beautifully executed example of Byegas sound. Toned down and in control of the atmosphere, as is the conclusive track Light. Three deep tunes for eyes closed dancing from a rising talent.

MOTOKO founds his place into the house and techno music, but always going back to jazz and soul music that serve as a source of inspiration since ever.
In this EP, he shows his inspiration by the deep house from the late 90’s, he tried to reach the formula between analog and digital sound likewise he lock out for the percussive textures of the classic Chicago house.
