Jug Island Beach is part of the renowned hike in Belcarra Regional Park, spanning 5.6 km with an elevation gain of 226 m. The hike typically takes between 1.5 to 2 hours to complete. While the trail isn't overly challenging, expect frequent incline and decline changes. The area is highly favored for birdwatching, fishing, and hiking. Dogs are permitted but must be leashed.
The park is accessible by public transit, and parking costs $2.50 per hour after 10 a.m.

Lynn Hearwaters Regional Parkis one of the best destinations for hiking around Vancouver. In this list, you can find hikes ranging from easy walks to challenging mountaineering :
1- "Norvan Fall Trail"
2- "Kennedy Falls Trail"
3- "Big Cedar Trail"
4- "Lower Lynn Loop Trail"
5- "Cedar Mill Trail"
6- "Lynn Peak Route Trail"
7- "South Lynn Peak Trail"
8- "South Needle Trail"
Note that the last three hikes are considered challenging. If you are not into hard and challenging hikes, they are not suggested.
