During your healing, try to adjust your view of breakdowns to breakthroughs. You may need time to dissemble things you have learned to be built back up again.

Practice seeing others as beings with flaws and imperfections; as something to be appreciated and cared for instead of being made to feel inadequate.

Even without flaws, others have differences of opinion that should not be shamed, but listened to.

We must ask ourselves- do we seek reasons to dislike others with differing views or seek reasons to appreciate them?
