I have been neglecting my plants a lot, and I’ve lost many of them in the process. Some are still with me, but this variegated Alocasia Frydek is no more. Part of me is also happy to let it go. It was too much hassle dealing with the spider mites, and honestly, I can live with just my variegated Syngonium.

Pentas, also called Egyptian starcluster, is a colorful tropical flowering plant. It is also valued as a pollinator plant, attracting butterflies, bees, and hummingbirds. Grown as an annual in BC. In frost free zones can be grown as perennials. One of my favourites.

Loving these colours. The Geraniums are from last year. Aren’t these gorgeous? 🥰🥰

Maybe I should have shared these earlier. Maybe not.

What matters is this, I did what I love. I learned more about plants, immersed myself in flowers, and took a flower arrangement course that genuinely made me happy.

Plants are my absolute passion. Flowers still blow my mind.

And yes — I’m happy. (And I love my septum too 🌸)
