It's live! 🏁 My 1st youtube video. Help me share this message with the world. Lot of people could benefit from cutting their screen-time way down.
I've been on a detox journey these past few months and it worked like a charm! I explained the whole thing in this 11min video. It feels amazing to take a step back the internet and read instead of scrolling, work on personal passion projects instead of comparing yourself to people online....etc.
