👀 🎬 Check out the exclusive first look at Tubi's YA Original film, "How to Lose a Popularity Contest," which premieres exclusively on Tubi on January 16th in the US and Canada.

The film is based on the 2024 Love List script by Kaitlin Reilly and Dorian Keyes, and follows a type-A overachiever (played by Sara Waisglass) and a charming underachiever (Chase Hudson) as they team up to win student body president - and maybe each other. Win or lose - you know it's going to be sharp, flirty, and full of rom-com fun.

We are pleased to share that two Thunderbird Distribution acquisitions, BeddyByes and Mittens & Pants, have been short-listed for the 2026 Kidscreen Awards!

BeddyByes, created by JAM Media, was the third most-nominated company overall, following only Disney and Netflix. Their program, BeddyByes, received six nominations, including "Best New Series" and "Best Animated Series" in the Preschool category.

In the NEW ‘Best Roblox Experience' Preschool category, My Carrots!: A Mittens & Pants Game secured a nomination. Created by Windy Isle Entertainment, the game is based on their adorable Mittens & Pants series.

All nominees will advance to a final round of judging before the winners are announced and celebrated live at a special awards ceremony to be held during the Kidscreen Summit 2026, taking place from February 22 to 25 in San Diego.
