✨☀️ CHANGE - losing 25 pounds ☀️✨

A year ago, in this photo, I weighed the most I have ever weighed. I felt the worst I had ever felt. And yet here I am trying to laugh it off and enjoy myself. I was going through one of the greatest changes in my life and I was trying not to be vulnerable. There was a lot of crying, a lot of pain and a lot of sadness.

I remember going to put shorts on and none of them fitting me anymore because I had gone up 2 full sizes. My closest friends helped to push me to climb more, to run more and to eat better.

Around this time last year I found out I was allergic to gluten and I realized my lactose intolerance was more severe than I knew. So I was miserably eating new food.

But as I moved into a new home with my best friend, I started to appreciate the things I was doing for my body. I didn’t HAVE to eat the way I was or workout the way I was. I GOT to. And 3 months after this photo was taken, I had lost 25 pounds of fat and gained a new view in life 🎉✨ I started focusing on my business and on myself. I fell in love again last year, not only with myself but with a wonderful man who supports me.

Let this be a reminder that even in your darkest moments, you’ll turn the page to find a brighter storyline. Something I saw on tik tok was to look at these difficult times as “adding to the plot”. And I really love the story I have created. 💕🙈
