I started this journey into self development and coaching over 18 years ago now. When I quickly found myself in an executive leadership position at the age of 20 years old climbing the corporate ladder quickly. Now I wasn't just responsible for myself anymore but a team of over 20 employees. I knew that I had to develop myself in many areas in order to continue my path to success but I had no idea how until the day I met my first of many mentors.This would spring board me into launching a career of self development, peak performance training and education. Since then I have spent thousand of hours and dollars on receiving the top training and coaching that I will gladly pass on to you. Part of my journey has been my story from the darkness of mental health and addiction into the shining light of recovery. I found myself in a deep pit of despair with no one or no where to turn to of depression, anxiety and eventually a drug addiction. I was faced with two truths, go to the bitter end or come out fighting for my life. I chose the latter. Since then I have spent years developing and educating myself in different Spiritual-Psycho-Social behavior models. I have helped countless men and woman navigate through their tough journey from darkness to light. Advanced training in Mindfulness Based CBT and other behavior therapy models. Many years of education and development of Mindfulness Meditation practice. Have studied and certified in multiple forms of Peak Performance, Leadership, and Behavioral Change Models.
