Homemade rosemary parmesan crackers with no mixer, and no rolling pin.
Just 6 simple staples:
🌿 2 tbsp rosemary
🧄 1 tsp garlic powder
🥚 2 eggs
🌰 1¾ cups almond flour
🧈 2 tbsp melted butter
🧀 2 cups grated parmesan cheese
Mix everything by hand in one bowl (no mixer needed).
Flatten the dough with a rolling pin if you don’t have one as me use a water bottle...
Cut into small squares (I did ~2cm x 2cm) and bake at 340°F (170°C) for 15 minutes.
Turn off the oven and let them rest inside as it cools. They crisp up beautifully!!!
Serve with butter, spreads, or dips… or just eat them straight off the tray. 🤍
