Interesting cat fact of the day! 🔍️👀 Did you know that the backs of a cat's eyes have a reflective layer called the tapetum lucidum, responsible for reflecting unabsorbed light back into the retinas? This adaptation is what helps cats to see see in dim light. It's also what causes cats' eyes to appear to glow when light shines on them in the dark.😺
