Thank you to Q***r Business BC and everyone who came to the Marketing 101 event: Business Owners vs Influencers!

I really enjoyed talking with everyone about how to approach social media in a way that supports your business instead of letting social media dominate it.

I learned a lot from the conversation and I hope everyone who attended did too 🙌

Public speaking is on my 2026 vision board 🎤

Looking back at this video from my first panel in March, it’s exciting to see how quickly things have grown.

Tomorrow, June 23, I’ll be speaking at Q***r Business BC’s sold out Marketing 101 event!

We’ll be exploring the difference between an influencer’s strategy and a business owner’s strategy on social media, and how to make social media work for your business, not the other way around.

Last night was my first public speaking event ever! I’m lucky it was alongside collaborative organizers and a talented panel of speakers for Inspire Like No One Else – Social Media for Creative Leaders

I feel really fortunate to have spent the evening sharing drinks with friends, meeting new people in Vancouver’s design industry, and talking about what I love about my social media marketing and content creation business
