This reel features Deagan McDonald of .work, filmed in his Vancouver workshop where he transforms solid wood into sculptures that reflect the raw beauty and energy of the Pacific Northwest.

Feeling stuck on where to start with content? Here are 3 tips I always share with clients to make posting easier and actually fun!

1️⃣ Know Your Brand
Trends and popular audio are everywhere, but that doesn’t mean you need to copy them all. Take a step back, think about how you want to show up, and trust your instincts 🐯 That’ll help you spot what’s worth trying and what’s not.

2️⃣ Set Real Goals
Don’t just chase likes and views. Instead, set goals that actually move your business forward in real life. Those wins feel way better than just numbers on a screen 🙌

3️⃣ Embrace Mistakes
Perfection = paralysis. The only way to learn is to try, mess up, and keep going. Your first reel, caption, or edit doesn’t need to be perfect. It just needs to happen 👍

Want my number one tip for social media? Chill out ☺️

There’s so much about creating content that causes stress. That stress blocks creativity, fuels self-judgement, and blocks us from taking advantage of everything social media has to offer.

Stats matter, but they’re not everything. Creating content that feels authentic, made from joy, and helps you make connections is just as important.

So take a deep breath (maybe treat yourself to a donut 🍩) and then create from a place that feels good.
