I heard a story recently that really messed with my head…

A man lost his wife.
They buried her.
He’s there grieving, trying to stay strong for the kids… the only family he thought he had left.

Then weeks later, he does a DNA test… not even out of anger, just something wasn’t sitting right.

Results came back…
None of the kids were his.

Imagine that for a second.

Years of raising them.
Paying bills. Showing up as a father every day.
Thinking this is your family…

Then one day, everything changes.

I honestly don’t even know what hurts more in a situation like that…
The betrayal… or realizing your whole life was built on something that wasn’t true.

Life is really something else.
