Happy 3rd Birthday to my best friend, Hugo! 🐾🎉🎂 Three years ago, this little bundle of joy hopped into my life and it's been filled with tail wags, sloppy kisses, and pure love ever since.

From our early morning walks and the excited greeting I get when I return home, to the cozy snuggles on the couch after a long day - every moment with you is special, Hugo. Your unyielding loyalty and love is unmatched and I am so lucky to have you in my life.

This year with so much uncertainty. You need to more than ever believe you can accomplish anything that you put your mind to❗️
Not just saying it, but because you understand that hard work is what it takes and you are willing to do anything to get there.

I used to work 2 or 3 jobs. And I’m an immigrant in Canada. I was in hospitality for over 10 years, working in restaurants, hotels and property rentals, And I even worked in home renovations and landscaping.

I thought moving by to Canada, a good life would come easy, but I was always so busy juggling between jobs to make a living, I hardly had time to have a life. I felt like my life had no meaning, I just work and pay bills, until I came across this business opportunity in 2018. I have learned to work smarter and live smarter. 🧠

My new outfit 😎
A new spin on a traditional Chinese style outfit, a Chinese tunic.
I'm in China. and the most common reaction I got from friends is: "Whoa, why did you get an outfit like this? but you look great!"👍🏻

I'm a bit surprised by these reactions since Tiktok had told me it's common to see people wearing this kind of outfit in China.

No problem!! I will be wearing it with pride!!😎

Are you struggling to find new ways and techniques to convert more leads into customers? 😵‍💫

Here are 9 tips to convert leads into customers. Simple things create big impact.

1️⃣ Communicate value first
Focus on bringing value into the life of your customers. People dislike those who only care about getting a sale out of them. Aim to improve your customer’s life and focus on addressing your customers needs.
People don’t care about your solution, it’s all about their relief. Act as a mentor with great expertise in your field of operation. If you are the point of contact for potential customers, they will also trust your judgment and solutions to their problems.

2️⃣ Identify Their Problem
You need to identify the problem that the lead is experiencing. Have a different approach every time you ask a question, as it gets a conversation started. This is a good way to open up a dialogue and to uncover questions or concerns the prospect might have.

3️⃣ Make it a Conversation
It’s obvious that your prospect will be much more responsive if you encourage a two-way conversation. Dialogue keeps prospects engaged, allowing you an opportunity to learn more about their needs in a casual setting. You can figure out precisely how your product or service will work out for them.
Don't make it sound like a monologue, it stands outs like a traditional sales pitch and they’ll see right through it.

4️⃣ Keep them warm
Even if you call a prospect within ten minutes of signing up, he or she may still not be ready to move forward in the sales process. However, they have expressed interest in your product or service, so don’t lose the opportunity to keep them warm while jumping on a phone call. A general rule of thumb suggests that a prospect sees or hears your message at least seven times before they take action and buy from you.
This is called Customer Care and it starts long before any sale is made. Keep them informed and show them that you care and they’re sure to come back to you when they have questions or are ready to move on to the next step.

5️⃣ Ask for the sale
Simply asking for a sale is nothing new or innovative, but it’s a crucial part of the conversion process. It seems like common sense, yet a surprising amount of people don't do it. Ask your prospects if they are ready to get started and watch how many say “yes.” They wouldn’t have gotten this far if they didn’t have initial interest in becoming a customer. If you don’t ask for the sale, your competition will.

6️⃣ Follow-up
Keep your leads in purchase-mode by following up via email or phone calls.
This is a great way to quickly convert them into a customer before too much time passes. All of the leads you generate should be contacted immediately and followed up with a couple of days later. You want to make sure they are as successful as possible with the product and all their questions are answered.

7️⃣ Don’t make them wait
Leads are a fresh commodity and aren’t meant to wait until the next day. Make your first contact as soon as possible, because levels of interest drops dramatically after just one hour. Don’t give your lead the opportunity to lose interest in your product or to move on to a competitor. It’s crucial to set up internal routines for following up leads.

8️⃣ Gain their trust
People buy the person first, and then the product. Therefore, always be genuine and friendly. Speaking the truth makes it easier to gain people’s trust, so have a real and honest dialog with them. Every interaction should be a conversation, not a sales pitch. Spend at least half of every meeting listening to your customer. Make the conversation about real business issues, so that the customer views you as an expert.

9️⃣ Remember them
Smart entrepreneurs know that it’s necessary to spend time with your customers. This might seem folly, but that’s not really the case. Several studies have shown that leads are more likely to convert into customers when they don’t feel rushed. It’s your task to make every lead feel individually remembered and respected.

Finally, I have them‼️ My Chinese ID and bank card. I am now able to make digital payments in China.

People have been saying everything is going digital, no kidding!!
In the last 3 weeks, I feel old not knowing how to use digital pay😅
I know we have Apple Pay in Canada, but this is on another level. Everyone I know here does a lot of online shopping, they rarely go to the store. They all say online is so much more convenient and faster, and everything is open 24/7.

Well, I already knew that, because I have a 24/7 online business too, and I teach others to do the same!

Guess what I did right away? I did my first online shopping on Taobao, and bought 5 things 😎🛍️

I spent my day in this beautiful park on a mountain.

I have taken many pictures and filmed a few marketing videos for my business. Didn’t need too many takes to make them.

This is one of the plant observatories … What I saw today was only a portion of it. It will take 5 days to completely walk around this park 😮

Being smart about your spare time can create more Financial freedom in abundance in your life 💕.

I spent over a decade working in hospitality but it didn’t give me the experience or opportunity to move forward at all.

Thank goodness for this digital business and all the wonderful people in our community. When we started I literally knew nothing. And this business and its system allowed us to keep learning as we moved forward.

We didn’t need to be experts to become digital entrepreneurs we just needed to commit to working and learning. That was the key to becoming successful for us.

The key 🔑 to success is available to anyone who chooses to use it. This applies to anything we do. It just takes effort but most importantly you have to believe you will be successful.....if you don’t believe it, you won’t be.

Well….There's a popular Chinese proverb that says: “The best time to plant a tree was 20 years ago. The second best time is now.” 🌳

If you think about it, the same idea follows starting your own business. A business needs to be taken care of, even nurtured! 🤱

A lot of people like to see fast results and sometimes that expectation can be unrealistic. A successful business is like a tree you’ve grown which you can harvest the fruit indefinitely from the work you put into it a long time ago. If you haven’t planted a tree yet it’s never too late. Basically in the context of the conversation here today, this means that if you want success and growth in the future, the best time to act is now.

When we made the choice to start working toward our future goals running a business online. We knew it would take work and perseverance but we didn’t wait ,we pushed ourselves and made the change immediately. And looking back we have no regrets at all except perhaps that we didn’t start doing this sooner of course.

Starting our own business really worked for us especially since we haven’t been able to work in a traditional sense for months now. We are certainly glad we didn’t wait much longer and we see nothing but achieving goals and future successes for us now.

People 👥now more than ever, need financial solutions to help them through uncertain times.

Some businesses are facing the ultimatum between going digital or going bankrupt 😿 That's a hard pill to swallow right now when millions are also being sent home from work, laid off, and let go with no back-up plan.

We are extremely grateful to stay home during this time and build a business of our own✌🏻 We are not saying that this doesn’t affect us at all, it does❗️We are both got laid off from our jobs, but our back up plan was already in place before it happened😌😉 What we didn’t realize is that we have solely been taking on the roll of being our own boss for the last couple of months! 👨🏻‍💻👨🏼‍💻🤩

Even just every couple of days, there are over 250 people are seriously looking to start their own business online❗️How do I know this? Because how many newcomers have been consistently taking action with our coaching package.
