The Festival Season has commenced which means manpower is needed. Saints N&D needs volunteers for food prep.

Dozens of Vancouver Greek children and teens are up at SFU (yesterday and today) writing the Ellinomatheia Greek Language Exams (Aristotle University of Thessaloniki)
It is invigilated by the Hellenic Studies Chair.
A1 is for children under 12
A2 is advanced children and can count for high school language credit

B1 and B2 count for credits in highschool and combined count for credit for university and at university.

C1 allows for employment in Greek government, and private employers. It signifies fluency in the language.

Good luck to the kids, families, teachers and ofcourse the Greek Schools

Koufeto and Blue Eye Collectives and Parthenon Kits

Koufeto is a local company, and Betty and Georgia make lambades here in Vancouver. Follow them on IG & FB.

Blue Eye Collective is a collaboration between Vancouver born Filitsa who makes the lambades in Athens and sends her works to various partners.

Parthenon Market has lambades on a recent IG post, so we are going to assume, they have various ones in stock. (Pic not available)
