how can you show up for yourself on a greater level today?

here’s what i do:

•working out
•positive self-talk
•intentional affirmations
•having a long hot bath + listening to audiobook in the personal development space or autobiography of someone I want to learn from
•drinking enzyme-rich raw green juice to support mental + physical health

let’s say it was a really hectic day & i could only do just 1 thing, it would absolutely be to work out

exercise literally has SO MANY BENEFITS

putting on workout clothes on & driving to the gym can feel like the hardest part, but one you’re there it gets much easier!

after working out how many people do you think are glad they did? 99% of them đź‘Ź

I went from low self-esteem, an eating disorder, drug & alcohol addictions, clinical depression…

to drug and alcohol free, high self-esteem and self-respect, a healthy loving relationship with my body and the food I choose to nourish it with, and feeling joyfully excited about life and the reality I am creating.

Those seemingly tedious daily healthy lifestyle habits really do pay off - the health benefits compound over time! Glowing skin, an abundance of energy, elimination of cellulite, thick healthy hair…

I remind my clients of their WHY whenever they lose motivation to make fresh juice at home, continue with their daily exercise routine, etc.

Whenever things feel difficult in the moment, just remember your WHY and keep your eye on the prize!

Trusting the process and listening to people who have the results you personally desire to achieve.
