Jesse sat down with The Georgia Straight to talk about the new album, writing novels, his dog Dale and so much more!

“I will always consider punk rock to be my home," he reveals. It’s so fun to play, it’s really quite liberating, and it’s easier to make darker or more contemplative lyrics seem hopeful and vigorous when you have the melody and speed supporting your case. I always want songs to be fun, even if they are serious or tragic. It’s the levity that keeps them afloat.”
