There’s magic in the trees.

It was such a pleasure to be out at Francis/King Regional Park on Saturday helping Makian McDonald film this incredible musical duo, Thistle (Aidan Mclennan and Declan Mclennan).

Shoutout to the fantastic sound team, Faith and Tim, for mastering the outdoor acoustics! It was a true team effort.

The footage we captured is beautiful, and the incredibly talented Makian is now working his magic in the editing suite. We can't wait for you to see the final product when it's ready!

Our film Did You Know There’s A Black Hole in Your Refrigerator? just screened in Marbella, Spain, at That Film Festival last Friday, Sept 26, at the Red Dog Cinemas!

Huge thanks to the festival team for including us in their lineup, and to everyone who came out to watch. It’s surreal (and a little spooky) for my co-director, Joseph McMurray, and I to see this bizarre midnight-snack story travel around the world.

Midnight cravings will never feel the same again.

New Month Update is live — and already at 320,000 views in the first 48 hours!

This one was a huge mix of stories: returning to the Jefferson Chimney dig, metal detecting in Death Valley, Scotty’s Castle, Hunter Cabin progress, and more. We also worked in some new historical finds and a few “deep cut” surprises that tracked down.

I’m proud of how this episode balances the ongoing Cerro Gordo saga with a lot of fresh material and visuals.
