Well, it's been a blast for the past five years. This page was created just as COVID began. Initially, my first playlist on this page was to help reduce stress. As the months went on, and until in-person dancing was allowed again, I would post weekly posts which were a ton of fun to put together. "Road Trips", slow songs, fast songs, all sorts of different songs. All great WCS songs. As my 70th birthday is approaching later this year, and as I am no longer DJ'ing in person it's time to officially step down as DJ Carolyn. I will leave this page on FB for those who wish to access the playlists. Here is my final playlist, which I put together a few months ago for Bob and I. It's mostly WCS songs plus other styles that can be danced with a partner or solo (for when you're practicing musicality). This post goes out to everyone heading up island this weekend for the Nanaimo Fusion convention. This dance event is going to be the most incredible one held on Vancouver Island and I know that you’ll all have a fantastic time there.

Unfortunately, I will not be there in person to DJ. Thankfully, DJ Andre Russo has stepped forward to save the day! He will be playing songs from my two playlists, in my absence, on Friday and Saturday night.
