It’s only been a few weeks but I’m already missing making candy. I really do love the art and science behind it. So, one thing has lead to another and, well, I’ve started a Tik Tok account where I’ll be making candy (at home) from all the books and magazines I’ve collected over the years. And with some of the tools and ingredients that no one wants to buy. It’s also a chance for me to make all the things I’ve wanted to but didn’t have the time.

I’m launching tomorrow with a simple 3 step, 3 ingredient matcha fudge with black sesame seeds. Recipes will vary in difficulty but for now I’m starting with super simple ones while I learn the technology of Tik Tok.
