DIA DEL GRITO MEXICAN INDEPENDENCE DAY FIESTA
Pachanga Latina invites you to celebrate Mexican Independence Day on Saturday September 13th at the Coda Night Club. The evening will feature the Spanish rock band Furia from Calgary. LATIN VIBES IN BEACON HILL PARK
Enjoy the live Latin music of the Latin Vibes Orchestra for an afternoon of Latin rhythms and music on Sunday September 14th at Beacon Hill Park. This is a free and family friendly event hosted by the City of Victoria and will feature the music of the Latin Vibes Orchestra. The concert takes place at Cameron Bandshell from 1:30 until 3pm. 15th ANNUAL LATIN AMERICAN AND SPANISH FILM WEEK
Get ready for the upcoming 15th annual Latin American and Spanish Film Week taking place from September 16 to 21 at the UVic Cinecenta Theatre. This year’s festival will feature quality films from various Spanish speaking countries including: Cuba, Spain, Nicaragua, Argentina and Panama. There will also be an evening of live music A Night of Cuban Rhythms featuring Adonis Puentes and others musician on Sunday September 21st at the UVic Philip Young Recital Hall. PABLO CARDENAS PRESENTS THE MUSIC OF CUBA AND CLUB HAVANA

CAFÉ SIMPATICO – CENTRAL AMERICAN UPDATE
The Victoria Central American Support Committee invites to their first Café Simpatico of the season on Friday September 26. There will be a presentation by researchers with updates on the politics, history and economies of the Central American region.
