Completed in 2022, this 4,600-square-foot waterfront home on the Saanich Peninsula reflects Philco’s thoughtful craftsmanship—built to embrace coastal views, maximize natural light and withstand the demands of the marine climate.

Let’s throw it back today to this MH Lookbook Volume 4 Uplands home renovation. The homeowners wanted to preserve the original northern California-inspired architecture, which was designed to capture the aesthetic of the iconic Sea Ranch project.

Managed by Goodison Construction and designed by architect D.H. Moore, the project features interior design by and millwork by .

Victoria-born, Toronto-trained. After earning her Bachelor of Interior Design at Ryerson, Raubyn spent a decade designing hospitality spaces across North America for brands like Fairmont, Hyatt, and Hilton. Back in Victoria, she founded Rothschild West Design + Planning—launching award-winning restaurant, commercial and residential projects ever since.
