Located in front of the Yukon Transportation Museum on the Alaska highway in Whitehorse. It started as a C-47 that was built in 1942 and flew transport missions in Asia during the war. It was converted to civilian life as a DC-3 after the warm. This plane flew from. 1946-1970 until an engine blew at takeoff and was stripped for parts and parked here.
