I’m so happy for my client as he moves on to his next chapter. This one had a lot of moving parts along the way, but we were able to get it across the finish line and I’m really proud of how it all came together.

It’s not every day a 2-level penthouse like this comes up, with that kind of outdoor space and views. Truly a one-of-a-kind home.

First-time buyers and we somehow found the one on the very first day of showings… and of course it was the last home we walked through 😂

Want to know the worst part? It ended too quickly! I would have worked with you two for YEARS on end! But … when you know, you know and the second we stepped inside, it just felt right.

They call me RE-BRAND Werbik 💜

5 years in, I knew it was time. Not because I didn’t like my original brand, but because it didn’t fully feel like me anymore.

If you know me, you know I’m not black, white, and navy. I’m vibrant. I’m loud. I’m energy.
And I wanted something that reflected that.

Periwinkle just felt like the obvious choice. It’s a colour I’ve never gotten tired of, and one people close to me have always said reminds them of me. I want people to see my signs and without reading it know it was me. 💜

I’m so proud of how this came together, but I definitely didn’t do it alone:

First shoutout to Ashley and my dear friends at Kinzel Creative (Kristina & Thomas) 💜 Thank you for helping me right from the very beginning. Those early conversations were everything and really helped me lock in the direction of this re-brand! And equally as talented, Kinzel Creative is working on my first ever brand video, which I’m so excited about. They’re next level. Go check them out. 👯‍♀️

PS Ashley also does social media management for the restaurant industry and is insanely talented. If you know anyone in that space who needs to step up their online presence, she’s THE girl to call. You can thank me later ;)

I then hired Brixwork! They were fabulous, and very patient as we worked back and forth until it was Cynthia level 'perfect.' WORTH EVERY PENNY! 👏🏼

🎉 A huge shout out to my cousin Jay at GraphicFx who took everything and turned it into the most beautiful signs, folders, and materials. I’m beyond happy with how it all came out.

After plenty of patience and teamwork, we were finally able to wrap up the sale of this incredible property. My clients are now off to their next adventure, building their dream hobby farm on a new piece of land. I can’t wait to see what they create. 🐴🌾
