We've received a number of messages regarding ads for products we absolutely do not endorse appearing in the show, and while we briefly address it on the upcoming episode of "Talk Spooky", we also wanted to do so here as well:
We have a wide range of advertising categories on our exclusion list, but because many shows do this, advertisers in commonly excluded categories (ie fi****ms and related products, political action groups, anything that commercializes religion, snake oil health products) will intentionally mis-tag their ads to get around these bans. We've spoken to our network about it, but it's a work in progress. Just know that if you hear an ad for something that is way outside the box for the show, it's very likely on there because the advertiser was intentionally dishonest
