Still waiting for spring to arrive? You are not the only one.

Canada is currently experiencing colder-than-average temperatures, with late-winter conditions stubbornly lingering into early spring for cities like Toronto and across much of the country.

While it might feel like the Canadian winter will never end, global weather patterns are currently highly uneven. As we continue to bundle up against the extended cold, other parts of the Northern Hemisphere are experiencing warmer anomalies and unusual heat. Experts note that these dramatic swings are part of broader climate variability, meaning different regions can face complete opposite weather extremes simultaneously.

Are you ready for the spring thaw, or are you embracing the extended chill? Let us know what the weather is like in your province in the comments below.

Following the tragic collision between an Air Canada jet and a firetruck at New York's LaGuardia Airport—an event that claimed the lives of two pilots and sent over 40 people to the hospital—aviation experts are now weighing in on the legal aftermath.

According to passenger rights advocates, survivors of the crash could potentially sue Air Canada for up to $300,000 each. Under the 1999 Montreal Convention, an international agreement that standardizes compensation, airlines can be held liable for death or bodily injury regardless of direct fault. Injured passengers have a two-year window to file these lawsuits. Furthermore, US aviation lawyers suggest that survivors may also have grounds to pursue legal action against the American aviation authority and the local port authority.

As investigations by Canadian and US transportation safety boards continue, debates are sparking about where the financial liability truly belongs in complex runway incidents involving ground crews and air traffic control.

Where do you think the liability should fall in a devastating ground collision like this? Share your thoughts in the comments below.

Would you try this pizza and hot dog combination?

Pizza Hut Canada is launching a massive menu mashup just in time for baseball season: the Hot Dog Stuffed Crust Pizza.

Following recent viral fast-food drops from Tim Hortons and Costco, Pizza Hut is stepping up to the plate with a bold new offering. Starting March 30, participating locations across the country will feature a whole hot dog baked right into the crust of each pizza slice. Designed to celebrate the return of baseball and game-day nostalgia, this limited-edition item combines two classic comfort foods into one over-the-top bite.

A medium cheese pizza with the new Hot Dog Stuffed Crust starts at $19.99. Supplies are limited, so you will want to grab this indulgent game-day meal to share with friends while it lasts.

Air Canada CEO Michael Rousseau is once again under fire, this time for delivering an English-only condolences message following the crash at New York's LaGuardia airport. The statement's lack of French sparked immediate backlash across the country, drawing direct criticism from top officials including the Prime Minister. On Thursday, Rousseau issued a follow-up apology, admitting that despite years of effort, he is still unable to express himself adequately in French. He reiterated his commitment to improving his bilingual skills. What are your thoughts on the importance of bilingual leadership for Canada's national carrier? Share your perspective below.

With just his own handwritten notes, a 91-year-old Chinese gamer managed to defeat Resident Evil Requiem. Both critics and fans have praised Resident Evil Requiem since its release about a month ago. It appears that 91-year-old Chinese gamer Yang Binglin, also referred to online as "Game Grandpa," had minimal difficulty with Resident Evil Requiem.

A few years ago, Game Grandpa gained popularity as the oldest man gaming streamer in the Guinness Book of World Records and as a Chinese grandfather who had played 300 video games. Yang has written about a wide variety of topics, including puzzle games, survival games, and the in-depth analysis of God of War 3. He declared his

She’s been awake for 22 hours.

It’s 6am, the kind of cold that makes your lungs sting. Snow floats down like it’s trying to be gentle, but it still finds every gap in your jacket. She’s standing at a bus stop in scrubs, holding a coffee that’s already gone lukewarm, because she needed something warm in her hands just to feel human.

Tonight she helped an old man call his daughter one last time. She watched a mother pretend not to be scared so her kid wouldn’t panic. She took a break in a hallway, not to rest, but to breathe through that moment where your throat tightens and you tell yourself, “Not now. Keep going.”

She didn’t post about it. She didn’t tell anyone. She just did what she always does.

Now it’s quiet. No monitors. No alarms. Just the orange glow of a streetlight and a bus in the distance that feels like the only thing separating her from finally getting home.

Some people think heroes look like movie scenes. Most of the time, they look like this: tired, freezing, alone for a minute, still showing up anyway.

If you know someone who works nights, in hospitals, in care homes, on the roads, in shelters, in any job where the world depends on them while everyone else sleeps, check on them. Tell them you see them.

Because a lot of them are holding the whole world together… then riding the bus home like nothing happened.
