just because i have been podcasting for almost 7 years, 313 episodes… doesn’t mean it is easy or comfortable sharing my life and my personal stories with the world.
even with keeping information out and keeping some things very vague- it is still so vulnerable sharing these things. i cannot describe how uncomfortable it was to record, edit and release this episode.
i know i have to. i know it’s important. i KNOW it will help other people. i know i am meant to share my experiences on my podcast, that is literally the whole point.
but even knowing allllll of that, i am still just a vulnerable normal human. I’M JUST A GIRL 😩
i share this because i don’t want this to look easy. it’s not. but it is important - and i didn’t go through all of this for nothing.
i am a story teller, and this is my story….

5:00 pm - finish work
5:15-5:45 pm - eat dinner, walk archie 🐶
6:00 pm - drive to lake louise
7:15 pm - i am on a paddle board, on beautiful lake louise with my friends, watching the sunset behind the mountains
8:30 pm - pack up, have a snack, laugh with friends
9:15 pm - back home in banff, waking my dog 🐶
, make apple crumble for dessert🍎

when i tell you i did not want to record this oneeee. you can hear it in my voice 🙊
the podcast is taking the summer off, so i have one episode left to tell before taking a break. for next week’s episode to really hit, i had to tell this story first.
it’s vague, i leave out information, but it’s relevant and important and i know other people will connect deeply to this episode.
i am sharing all the stories i have been avoiding tellings for years. i didn’t want to speak this out loud or hear it back.
it took my 5 hours to edit this episode because i was stalling so much 🫠

i am doing my last akashic record reading today 😳🙊
i decided to remove akashic record readings from my schedule for the summer time. they require a lot more prep than a regular session, and summer is already very busy. i also needed more space to accommodate my reiki clients 💫
but looking into the fall, i don’t foresee them coming back on my schedule 🙊
i don’t want to say i will neverrrre do a reading again. i have done this before with AR readings. offered them, then took a break, before adding them back on my schedule because i missed them (and you guys wouldn’t stop asking 😅)
but as things change and grow, sometimes you have to remove things to make room for something else 🌱
the great thing about entrepreneurship is that i can offer, add, remove, and change things as i want.
so, today i sunset akashic record readings 🙏🏼 i am grateful for them and all the wisdom they provide.
thank you to everyone who has allowed me to read for you. i feel very lucky to have had many years in the records 💗🙏🏼
