Paradise & District Lions - St. Clements Paradise & District Lions Club serving St. Clements & Heidleberg ON area since 1973. Join us, and become a Lion! Community service is what we are all about.

That service can come in many different ways including financial support to local hospitals, charities, sports, and special needs in the community. One of the major projects is supporting guide dogs in Canada with financial support for training.. We are in St. Clements, and serve the entire area, including Heidelberg, Bamberg and surrounding South-Central Ontario area. The Paradise & District Lio

ns operate a weekly Tuesday Bingo at the St. Clements Community Centre. Bingos start at 7 PM. Come see our digital Bingo board and television monitors. Money raised is used for community service. The Lions also maintain Lions Park across from the arena and do road side clean up through Heidelberg and St. Clements. Easter Egg Hunt in April is a time to have some fun for the kids and adults. Summer camp for kids is a new venture and is really well received in the community. Lions Clubs International is the world's largest service club organization with more than 1.3 million members in approximately 45,000 clubs in more than 200 countries and geographical areas around the world. Remembrance Day Service

The Paradise and District Lions Club will be hosting this year's Remembrance Day on Tuesday, November 11th. We will gather at 10.45 a.m. at the Memorial beside the Library.

If there is any resident family of the area who has a past family member that served and sacrificed during any theatre of war and has not been recognized with either the calling of their name or a wreath to be laid, please contact the Lions Club Secretary with the information.

If you require a wreath, they can be ordered through the Elmira Legion, but it needs to be ordered well before November 11th. If this is the case, our club can order it for you.
The Banners recognizing individuals you will see hung from the hydro poles throughout the community are manage by the Township in conjunction with the Elmira Legion. Please contact

hat das diesjährige Incoming Jugendcamp bei uns in Bayern-Süd begonnen.
19 Jugendliche aus 18 Nationen wurden am Flughafen / Busbahnhof von ihren jeweiligen Gastfamilien abgeholt, in Empfang genommen und herzlich willkommen geheißen.
Sie werden zunächst am Familienalltag teilnehmen und haben die erste Möglichkeit, ganz individuell einiges über uns als Gastland zu erfahren.
Einige gemeinsame Erkundungen sind bereits geplant!
