Here’s a simple salad tip that helps your veggies shine – and keeps things healthier:

In your salad bowl, combine a bit of oil with vinegar or citrus juice, a pinch of salt and pepper, and whatever herb or spice you're feeling.

Give it a quick swirl, then add your leafy greens and gently toss to coat.

Top it off with your other veggies, some toasted crushed nuts, and maybe a sprinkle of cheese (I usually reach for Parmesan).
