50,000kms down in the Taco and no shortage of amazing memories made along the way. Can’t wait to see what the next 50,000 holds.

Summer might not be hitting as hard these days but n**e always delivers. So grateful for this custom flavour and maybe one day we can see it on store shelves? 👀

The Soo! Turns out you can make really good mountain bike trails even if you don’t have mountains. Flew in with no expectations and left being blown away by the riding along with a belly full of BeaverTails.

Flownado Grouse Bike Park is now open! Tight, twisty, jumpy, and of course, flowy. Super fun trail that is ready to be ridden in.

Get yourself a day ticket or even a twilight pass and sample the goods!

The North Shore Triple Crown. Never not fun, never not an adventure. This was my fifth time taking on this ride and one of the most important things I’ve learned over the years is how important the fuel you choose is.

Shoutout to Gold Seal Wild Salmon for helping fuel this ride. With three flavours (Creamy Chive, Creamy Mustard, Lemon & Dill), 16g of protein per can, and a small, lightweight package it truly was the perfect snack.

Final stats:

15 hours
75kms
2,950m climbed
40+ salmon topped crackers devoured

Exploring new zones and getting off the beaten path with the Norco Bicycles Search. Pitt-Addington Marsh is a new favourite and I’m looking forward to exploring more of the surrounding area.
