In our busy and demanding world, it’s easy to feel guilty about slowing down. But Jesus Himself often withdrew to quiet places—to pray, to rest, to simply be in the presence of His Father. If the Son of God took time to rest, how much more should we?

Kapag hindi mo na alam ang gagawin—pray. That’s not weakness, that’s wisdom.

Kapag hindi mo na alam ang gagawin—manalangin ka.
Minsan, iniisip natin na kapag tayo’y tumigil at nanalangin, parang sumusuko tayo. Pero ang totoo, ang pananalangin ay hindi tanda ng kahinaan—ito ay tanda ng karunungan.

Ang taong marunong ay alam kung kailan kumilos at kailan lumuhod. Sa panalangin, inaamin natin na may limitasyon tayo, at si God lamang ang may tunay na sagot. Kapag lumapit tayo sa Kanya, binubuksan natin ang pintuan para sa Kanyang kapayapaan at direksyon.

Kaya kung pagod ka na, nalilito, o di mo na alam ang susunod na hakbang—pray.
