Started therapy.
Now I’m paying someone to call me out a lot. 😂

This is the exact opposite of what I’m supposed to do (sharing so much of myself with others) but.. LOL we’re still learning to preserve ourselves.

This year I’m turning 31.

I’ll be honest I didn’t know I’d make it this far.

I don’t really even know if I’m better than I was all those years ago, but what I do know now is I’m not doing it alone.

Not everyone has a support system… it took me 20 years to find mine.

Reach out if you feel alone.

Looking back, I cry for that little girl.

Being a mother myself now, I see myself in my own daughter, and though she rarely cries like how I did so often, I still see myself there.

This.. and my gained and always growing self awareness compelled me to speak up for anyone without a voice in this moment.

I hope one day to help as many people as I can. Starting with myself. You all should do the same 🫰

Today I had such a spectacular day. came and performed with immense talent in the photography department. Every photo had me gob smacked I’m genuinely so excited to see what we came up with!

I will say aside from this being a business branding photoshoot, I had such fun being able to model again. Something about pulling myself into a third perspective and not thinking so hard on what you look like PERSONALLY and what you look like for others.. many times I sit in poses and I’m like this is so uncomfortable what the f**k am I doing - and the photo looks amazing.

Photography is such a truly beautiful talent- one unfortunately I do not possess but that’s why we have Daryl!

&thank you so much for providing such a BEAUTIFUL relaxing clean space to shoot in!

I will be coming back, probably sooner than later 🫣

We had so much fun shooting we didn’t even get 75% of what we came for! Only means more shoots for the future I guess!

Maaaaybe more photoshoots? 🥸💕
