Ice jams at the mouth of the Forty Mile river caused water and ice to flow into the historic townsite of Forty Mile. Buildings and structures were moved from their foundations. The extent of the damage has yet to be determined.

SIGN POST FOREST part one

This was a cool place to stop so we had to stop in. We didn't leave a sign, but I am going to make one for the next time we pass through. I really enjoyed all of the foreign street signs, but all of them are fascinating. Each sign holds its own story. 💜💙🩵
