To make communication smoother and ensure I can serve you better, I’m sharing a few important guidelines:
• My page operates on a pre-order basis only. For example-If you need food for Friday, please place your order by Wednesday. For weekend orders, kindly confirm by Thursday.
• For catering orders, a minimum of 3 days’ notice is required.
• For frozen food items, please confirm at least 2 days in advance.
• Pickup is available, and there is no delivery charge in that case.
• If you prefer delivery, a delivery fee will be added depending on the location.
• Orders will be confirmed only after receiving a final confirmation message from your side.
• Please inform me in advance about any allergies or special dietary requirements.
• Last-minute cancellations may not be accommodated, as everything is freshly prepared with care.
• Timely pickup is highly appreciated to maintain food quality and schedule.
• As everything is made fresh and with care, I truly appreciate your patience and understanding during busy times.
